中文版创伤后成长量表在重度颅脑损伤恢复期患者的信效度

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of post-traumatic growth inventory in patients recovering from severe traumatic brain injury

目的评价中文版创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)在重度颅脑损伤(TBI)恢复期患者中应用的信效度,测量其创伤后成长水平,为制订针对性的干预措施、提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法选取2018年2月至2021年1月在江苏大学附属人民医院神经外科住院的240例重度TBI恢复期患者,将中文版PTGI应用于重度TBI恢复期患者,检测该量表的信度和效度。结果通过量表条目分析保留了19个条目,探索性因子分析提取出了5个因子(可能性、人际关系、个人力量、精神改变和欣赏生活),累计方差贡献率为51.672%;该量表各条目与所属维度的相关系数为新可能性0.492~0.769,人际关系0.421~0.872,个人力量0.309~0.749,精神改变0.220~0.838,欣赏生活0.469~0.907,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。19个条目量表的Cronbach α系数为0.892,各维度Cronbachα系数为0.675~0.850,2 w后的重测信度为0.878,折半信度为0.866。结论19个条目的中文版创伤后成长评定量表具有良好的信度和效度,是评估重度TBI患者创伤后成长水平的有效工具,有助于临床护理人员通过心理干预来提高患者生活质量。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)in patients with severe traumatic brain injury(TBI)during the recovery period,and to measure the level of post-traumatic growth,so as to provide a theoretical basis for formulating targeted interventions and improving the quality of life of patients.MethodsA total of 240 convalescent patients with severe TBI who were hospitalized in department of neurosurgery from February 2018 to January 2021 were selected.The Chinese version of PTGI was applied to severe TBI.in convalescent patients,test the reliability and validity of the scale.ResultsA total of 19 items were retained through the scale item analysis,and 5 common factors(possibility,interpersonal relationship,personal strength,spiritual change and appreciation of life)were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 51.672%.The correlation coefficients between each item in the table and the dimension to which it belongs were new possibility:0.492~0.769,interpersonal relationship:0.421~0.872,personal strength:0.309~0.749,mental change:0.220~0.838,appreciation of life:0.469~0.907,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cronbach α coefficient of the 19-item scale was 0.892,and the Cronbachαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.675~0.850.The test-retest reliability after two weeks was 0.878,and the half-time reliability was 0.866.ConclusionsThe 19-item Chinese version of the post-traumatic growth rating scale has good reliability and validity.It is an effective tool to assess the post-traumatic growth level of patients with severe TBI,and helps clinical nurses improve the quality of life of patients through psychological intervention.
