聚氨酯改性沥青及混合料性能试验研究 被引量:5

Study on the Properties of Polyurethane Modified Asphalt and Mixture

摘要 为研究不同掺量(0%、10%、20%、30%和40%)聚氨酯对于沥青及其混合料性能的影响,通过常规沥青试验分析了沥青的3大指标,采用DSR和BBR研究了沥青的高低温流变性能,以及利用车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验和浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂试验探究了沥青混合料的高低温性能和水稳定性,并以3.5%SBS改性沥青作为对照组,试验结果表明,聚氨酯可提高沥青的高低温性能和温度敏感性,并且显著改善了沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力和低温应力松弛能力,但同时也降低了混合料的水稳定性,综合各方面性能和经济性,建议聚氨酯掺量不高于30%。 In order to study the influence of different additives(0%,10%,20%,30% and 40%)polyurethane on the properties of asphalt and its mixture,The three major indexes of asphalt are analyzed by the conventional asphalt test,By studying H and C using DSR and BBR,And using the rut test,low temperature trabecular bending test and submerged Marshall,freeze-thaw splitting test to explore the high and low temperature properties and water stability of the asphalt mixture,3.5%SBS modified asphalt was used as a control group,The test results show that,Polyurethane can improve the high and low temperature performance and temperature sensitivity of bitumen,And significantly improve the high temperature rutting resistance and low temperature stress relaxation ability of the asphalt mixture,But it also reduces the water stability of the mixture,Combining all aspects of performance and economy,It is recommended that the polyurethane incorporation amount is not higher than 30%.
