张锡纯取象比类思想探微及其临床应用

《医学衷中参西录》汇集了张锡纯学术思想与临证验案。该文试图围绕取象比类这一课题,在对象思维认识的基础上,着重从同声相应、同气相求,以脏治脏、以皮治皮,物从其类、同形相趋角度探讨《医学衷中参西录》思维特征,从而更加有效地挖掘张锡纯取象比类思想,达到临床推广运用的目的。通过研究,得到以下结论:张锡纯用自然规律类比中医理论,从气化感应梳理临床思维,以形色性味缕析方药运用。

“Medicine Zhongzhong Shenxilu”brings together ZHANG Xichun’s academic thoughts and clinical cases.This paper attempts to focus on the subject of taking images and comparing them,and on the basis of the understanding of the object’s thinking,it focuses on the perspective of simultaneous response and homogeneity,treating viscera with viscera,treating skin with skin,and discussing objects from the perspective of their kind and homogeneity.The thinking characteristics of“Medicine Zhongzhong Shenxilu”can more effectively excavate ZHANG Xichun’s thinking of taking images and comparing them to achieve the purpose of clinical promotion and application.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:ZHANG Xichun uses natural laws to analogize the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,sorts out clinical thinking from the induction of gasification,and analyzes the application of prescriptions with shape,color,taste and flavor.
