补肾健脾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 30 Cases of Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Prescription

目的:观察补肾健脾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:纳入60名患者随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例,两组均给予基础治疗和缬沙坦胶囊口服,治疗组加服补肾健脾活血方,疗程为12周,比较两组治疗前后对比糖基化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr),尿白蛋白/肌酐比(UACR)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)和中医证候积分情况。结果:治疗后,2组糖基化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr),尿白蛋白/肌酐比(UACR)均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);肾小球滤过率(eGFR)升高,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾活血方可改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的糖代谢和肾脏功能,有效缓解患者临床症状,临床效果安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on treating early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).Both groups were given basic treatment and valsartan capsule orally.The treatment group was given Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe for 12 weeks.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCR),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups Glomerular filtration rate(EGFR)and TCM syndrome score.Results:after treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR)and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The glomerular filtration rate(EGFR)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction can improve the glucose metabolism and renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical effect is safe and reliable.
