EECP联合中医治疗常见冠心病心绞痛研究进展

Research Progress of EECP Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Common Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

冠心病心绞痛发生率、死亡率逐年上升,但是仍有不适合常规西药及手术治疗者,故仍需要不断寻找替代疗法,治疗心绞痛及预防心肌梗死等恶性并发症的发生。增强型体外反搏(enhanced external counterpulsation,EECP)即是一种安全、有效、低成本的替代疗法,且中医对冠心病心绞痛的疗效也极为突出,而目前临床对两者联用知之甚少,应用尚不普及。故该文就国内外对EECP联合中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展进行综述。

The incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease angina pectoris are increasing year by year,but there are still those who are not suitable for conventional western medicine and surgical treatment.Therefore,it is still necessary to continuously find alternative therapies to treat angina pectoris and prevent the occurrence of malignant complications such as myocardial infarction.Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)is a safe,effective and low-cost alternative therapy,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart disease angina pectoris is also extremely prominent,but little is known about the combination of the two.Applications are not yet widespread.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of EECP combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris at home and abroad.
