摘要
西医诊断学是一门从基础医学过渡到临床医学的桥梁课程,在医学生教学中具有非常重要的地位。然而传统的教学模式缺乏对学生自主学习能力的培养和临床诊断思维的训练。因此,该研究以“咳嗽、咳痰问诊教学”为例,将BOPPPS教学模式引入西医诊断学教学,并融入模拟教学,增加学生的深度参与度,围绕“以学为中心”的教育理念设计教学过程,探讨BOPPPS教学模式在西医诊断学教学中的应用,并对教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,以期达到理想的教学效果。
Western medicine diagnostics is a bridge course from basic medicine to clinical medicine,and it has a very important position in the teaching of medical students.However,the traditional teaching mode lacks the cultivation of students’autonomous learning ability and the training of clinical diagnosis thinking.Therefore,this study takes“cough and expectoration consultation teaching”as an example,introduces BOPPPS teaching mode into western medicine diagnostics teaching,and integrates simulation teaching to increase students’in-depth participation,and is designed around the“learning-centered”educational concept In the teaching process,the application of BOPPPS teaching mode in the teaching of western medicine diagnostics is discussed,and the problems existing in the teaching process are analyzed,in order to achieve the ideal teaching effect.
