泛素蛋白D、CD133在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性分析

Expression and correlation analysis of ubiquitin protein D and CD133 in gastric cancer tissue

目的分析泛素蛋白D(UBD)、CD133在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法收集102例胃癌患者的胃癌组织标本及对应癌旁组织(距离病变部位﹥3 cm)标本。比较肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中UBD、CD133的表达情况,并进行相关性分析,分析胃癌组织中UBD和CD133的表达情况与患者临床特征的关系。结果UBD、CD133在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,UBD和CD133在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.613,P﹤0.01)。UBD、CD133阳性胃癌患者胃癌组织中肿瘤大小≥5 cm、肿瘤分期为T_(4b)期、分化程度为低分化和有淋巴结转移患者比例均高于UBD、CD133阴性患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论UBD和CD133蛋白在胃癌组织中异常高表达,两者表达呈正相关,且与临床特征关系密切。

Objective To analyze the expression and correlation of ubiquitin protein D(UBD)and CD133 in gastric cancer tissue.Method A total of 102 gastric cancer tissue specimens and corresponding paracancerous tissue(>3 cm from the lesion site)specimens were collected from patients with gastric cancer.The expression of UBD and CD133 in tumor tissue and adjacent tissue were compared,and correlation analysis was performed.The relationship between the expression of UBD and CD133 in gastric cancer tissues and clinical characteristics were analyzed.Result The positive expression rates of UBD and CD133 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of UBD and CD133 in gastric cancer tissues were positively correlated(r=0.613,P<0.01).UBD and CD133-positive gastric cancer patients had higher possibility to find features including tumor size≥5 cm,T_(4b)stage,poorly differentiated degree,and lymph node metastasis than UBD and CD133-negative patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion UBD and CD133 proteins are abnormally highly-expressed in gastric cancer tissues,and their expression are positively correlated.The two indicators are also closely related to patients’clinical features.
