摘要 伺服控制系统作为工业自动化领域的核心部分之一,近年来得到了广泛的关注。其中,以永磁同步电机为执行元件的交流伺服系统,因高效、高功率密度等优势,受到了众多学者、工程师的青睐。随着电力电子技术、电机设计理论及制造技术、控制以及计算机学科的发展,它被逐渐推广到了机器人、航空航天等诸多领域,成为了工业界和学术界的焦点。本文简述永磁同步电机伺服控制系统的总体结构和发展历程,介绍国内外研究现状,并对其未来的发展趋势做出展望。 Servo control system,as one of the core parts in the field of industrial automation,has attracted extensive attention in recent years.Among them,the AC servo system with permanent magnet synchronous motor as its actuator is favored by many scholars and engineers due to its advantages of high efficiency and high power density.With the development of power electronics,motor design theory and manufacturing technology,control and computer science,it has been gradually extended to many fields such as robotics,aerospace and so on,and has become the focus of industry and academia.This paper briefly described the overall structure and development history of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system,introduced its research status,and,made a prospect of its future development trend.
