摘要
随着国家对新能源行业的大力支持,我国风电机组装机量逐年递增,特别未来几年海上风电将进入蓬勃发展期。目前国内外对笼型异步发电机的研究主要集中在4 MW以下的中等功率机型,对于大功率的笼型异步发电机研究较少。针对海上急需大功率、结构简单及维护少的风力发电机,本文设计了一种适合海上的6.1 MW大功率鼠笼异步发电机,基于有限元分析方法对该电机的电磁特性和温度特性进行了详细研究,同时提出了冷却系统的设计方案。试制了一台实验样机,样机实验结果基本符合仿真分析结果,验证了电机设计的合理性,对今后海上大功率笼型异步发电机的应用具有极大价值。
With the strong national support for the new energy industry,the installed capacity of wind turbines in China is increasing year by year,especially the company will enter a vigorous period of offshore wind power in the next few years.At present,the research on cage asynchronous generators at home and abroad is mainly focused on medium-power models below 4 MW,and it has done less research on large-power cage asynchronous generators.For the wind turbine with high power,simple structure and less maintenance,a 6.1 MW large-power rat cage asynchronous generator was designed,which studied the electromagnetic and temperature characteristics based on finite element analysis,and proposed the design scheme of cooling system An experimental prototype basically meets the simulation analysis results and proves the rationality of the design motor and has great value for the application of offshore high-power cage asynchronous generator.
