支具治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of bracing on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis

目的探讨支具治疗对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)的治疗效果,以期为相关研究提供参考。方法选取甘肃省中医院门诊2018年1月—2021年12月收治的39例AIS患者为研究对象。所有研究对象均经支具治疗。分别选取初诊时、末次随访时脊柱全长正侧位X线片,测量初诊时、末次随访时Cobb角。明确研究对象初诊时脊柱侧弯类型、Risser征评级、Y型软骨是否闭合。结果治疗有效的有31例,占比79.49%;治疗无效的有8例,占比20.51%。结论支具治疗AIS可延缓侧弯进展、改善侧弯角度,是行之有效的保守治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of brace treatment on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)to provide evidence for related studies.Methods A total of 39 patients with AIS admitted to the Outpatient Clinic of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All subjects received brace treatment.Full-length anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the spine were selected at initial diagnosis and the last follow-up and the Cobb angle at initial diagnosis and the last follow-up were measured.The type of scoliosis,Risser's sign rating,and Y-cartilage closure at initial diagnosis were identified.Results Of all cases,31 cases(79.49%)were effective and 8 cases(20.51%)were ineffective.Conclusion Brace treatment on AIS can delay the progression of lateral bending and improve the angle of lateral bending,which serves as an effective conservative treatment.
