摘要
目的 探讨力学原理奠基式压力性损伤预防护理应用于老年前列腺增生术后患者护理中的效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究选取2016年1月—2021年12月于驻马店市中心医院行老年前列腺增生术的92例患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(n=46)和研究组(n=46)。对照组患者采用常规护理。研究组患者在对照组基础上采用力学原理奠基式压力性损伤预防护理方案。比较2组患者膀胱痉挛发生率及并发症发生率。比较2组患者排气时间、初次下床活动时间、住院时间。比较2组患者术后1、3、7 d时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果 研究组患者膀胱痉挛总发生率及并发症发生率为17.39%、13.05%,低于对照组的45.65%、39.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者住院、排气、初次下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后3、7 d时VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 力学原理奠基式压力性损伤预防护理在老年前列腺增生术后患者护理中的应用效果显著,可降低患者膀胱痉挛发生率,缓解患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of mechanical principle-based pressure injury prevention and care in postoperative care of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH), so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods Ninety-two elderly patients who underwent BPH surgery in the Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were assigned to the control group(n=46) and experimental group(n=46) by a random number table. Patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the experimental group mechanical principle-based stress injury prevention and care program on the basis of the care in the control group. The incidence of bladder spasms and complications were compared between the two groups. The exhaust time, first ambulation time, and length of hospital stay were compared between the 2 groups. Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores were compared between the 2 groups at 1, 3, and 7 days after surgery. Results The total incidence of bladder spasms and complications in the experimental group were 17.39% and 13.05%, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(45.65%and 39.13%, P<0.05). The length of hospital stay, exhaust time, and first ambulation time of patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The VAS scores at 3 and 7 days after operation in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the mechanical principle-based pressure injury prevention and care shows marked effects in postoperative care of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, which can reduce the incidence of bladder spasms, relieve pain, reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of patients. These benefits justify a wider application of this technique in clinical practice.
