摘要
为优化体育护具的防护性能,需在制备时切实引进个性化高抗冲杜仲胶材料。文章以实验研究法对体育护具用个性化高抗冲杜仲胶材料进行了制备,并对其防护性能做了测试分析。结果表明,高抗冲杜仲胶材料具备较高的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度、韧性,且压缩强度适中,在高压缩强度时呈现出高韧性,在多次外界冲击作用下依旧可以保持既定防护能力。基于物理微球发泡剂与硫磺的个性化高抗冲杜胶发泡材料,在微球含量为4份、硫磺含量为1份时,制备生成的体育护具防护性能最佳。
In order to optimize the protective performance of sports protective equipment,a personalized high-impact Eucommia ulmoides gum material is necessary to be introduced.In this paper,such material was prepared by the experimental research method,and its protective performance was tested and analyzed.The results showed that this prepared material has good performances in tensile strength,elongation at break,hardness,and toughness,as well as moderate compressive strength.And it also presents high toughness at high compressive strength,and can still maintain the established protective ability under multiple external impacts.When the content of microspheres was 4 phr and the content of sulfur was 1 phr,the protective performance of sports protective equipment was the best with the personalized high-impact rubber foaming material based on physical microsphere foaming agent and sulfur.
