微孔注塑成型工艺中的数学模型

摘要 借助部分数学模型,对微孔塑料注塑模拟,对工艺进行科学合理的分析,降低生产成本、提高微孔塑料生产效率。文章通过了解微孔注塑成型工艺的原理、影响参数和工艺特点,明确数学建模在注塑成型工艺中的作用和发展现状,并分析了泡孔生长模型和填充过程模型的应用。 With the help of some mathematical models,the injection molding of microcellular plastics is simulated,and the process is scientifically and reasonably analyzed to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of microcellular plastics.Based on a brief introduction of the principle,influencing parameters and process characteristics of microcellular injection molding process.This paper defines the role and development status of mathematical modeling in the injection molding process,and analyzes the application of such models as cell growth,filling process,etc.
