This paper expounds the operation characteristics of power distribution system, analyzes the lightning protection and grounding measures of different distribution lines and equipment, designs a fast grounding device, and uses the pole hoop connection structure to standardize the grounding operation process, improve the general value of the device, and enhance the safety of the grounding operation process.
