少数民族农村传统节庆体育旅游开发SWOT分析——以广西上林县为例

SWOT Analysis of Traditional Festival Sports Tourism Development in Minority Rural Areas——A Case Study of Shanglin County of Guangxi

该文运用文献资料法和SWOT分析法对广西上林县少数民族农村传统节庆体育旅游开发的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行深入分析。研究发现,广西上林县少数民族农村传统节庆体育旅游开发具有丰富多彩的民族传统体育活动,独具特色的节庆旅游资源,有利于活动开发的政策支持等优势;存在专业技术人才、资本、交通设施的缺乏等劣势;能够把握的机遇有城乡体育融合发展的历史契机,消费扶贫的新业态新模式引领等;存在的威胁有少数民族体育旅游行业的激烈竞争,节庆体育活动差异性小等。提出强化上林县少数民族农村传统节庆体育旅游资源中的体艺文化优势,打造上林县节庆体育旅游品牌,抓住城乡体育融合发展和消费扶贫的新业态新模式引领等国家政策扶持的历史机遇,引进体育旅游和大众传媒专业的技术人才并出售农副产品回收资本,弱化其劣势,更好地发展上林县少数民族农村传统节庆体育旅游。

By using the method of literature and SWOT analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of traditional festival sports tourism development in rural minority areas of Shanglin County,Guangxi.It is found that the development of traditional festival sports tourism in Shanglin County of Guangxi has many advantages,such as rich and colorful traditional national sports activities,unique festival tourism resources,and policy support conducive to the development of activities.The disadvantages include the lack of professional and technical personnel,capital,and transportation facilities.The opportunities that can be grasped include the historical opportunity for the integrated development of urban and rural sports,the new mode of consumption and poverty alleviation,The existing threats include the fierce competition in the minority sports tourism industry and the small difference in festival sports activities.It is proposed to strengthen the physical and cultural advantages in the traditional festival sports tourism resources of Shanglin County’s minority rural areas,build the brand of Shanglin County’s festival sports tourism,seize the historical opportunities supported by the national policies such as the integrated development of urban and rural sports and the guidance of the new mode of consumption and poverty alleviation,introduce technical talents in sports tourism and mass media,and sell agricultural and sideline products to recover capital to develop the traditional festival sports tourism of Shanglin County’s minority rural areas,thereby weakening its disadvantages.
