体育运动干预阅读障碍的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 发展性阅读障碍近十年来备受关注,与之相关的研究也越来越多,但发展性阅读障碍的机制未能达到统一。该文运用文献法,对近十年国内外文献进行分析,总结了发展性阅读障碍的相关缺陷和运动干预的方法机制。研究发现,发展性阅读障碍者存在工作记忆缺陷、快速命名缺陷、学习能力缺陷、语言缺陷、注意缺陷等问题。目前,运动干预的方法主要是通过身体运动改变大脑结构与功能来促进大脑发育,减轻阅读障碍症状,以及通过动作电子游戏进行干预,干预的效果十分明显,有助于提高患者阅读速度、注意力。 Developmental dyslexia(DD)has attracted much attention in the past decade,and more and more studies have been conducted on it.However,the mechanism of DD has not been unified yet.This paper analyzes the literature at home and abroad in the last ten years,and summarizes the related defects of DD and the methods and mechanisms of exercise intervention.It is found that DD has defects in working memory,rapid naming,learning ability,language and attention.At present,the method of exercise intervention is mainly to promote the development of the brain by changing the structure and function of the brain through physical exercise,so as to reduce the symptoms of dyslexia and to intervene through action video games.The effect of intervention is very obvious,which helps to improve the reading speed and attention of patients.
