摘要内镜下乳头切除术(endoscopic papillectomy,EP)是一种微创的治疗手段,目前是治疗壶腹(ampulla of Vater,AOV)腺瘤首选的治疗方法,可成功切除壶腹腺瘤,但术后残留及复发率较高,是临床上亟需解决的问题。本文对EP的术前评估、手术方式的选择、并发症、术后残留及复发治疗相关研究进展进行综述。
