新疆高中班办学绩效评价研究

A Study on the Evaluation of the Performance of Xinjiang High School Classes

摘要 采用问卷调查法和访谈法,选取2950名新疆高中班学生,重点从德育建设、学生国家通用语言文字能力和学业发展质量等方面,分析了新疆高中班的办学绩效。结果表明,新疆高中班办学成果绩效显著,常态化的民族团结进步教育增强了学生的中华民族共同体意识,增进了国家认同;各办班学校基本形成了“共学、共餐、共宿”的办学模式,民族交往交流交融增强;新疆高中班学生的国家通用语言文字能力显著提高,有力地促进了学生发展。但也存在一定问题,如“共学、共餐、共居”的实施程度还不够高;学习适应性问题比较突出;学生学习基础普遍薄弱,学业信心不足等。研究认为要全面推进民汉“混班”“合课”进程,增强实质性的交往交流交融;重新定位新疆班高中的培养目标,切实提升办班质量;进一步改革和完善新疆班学生发展评价;科学设计新疆班高考招生与录取制度,加快考试评价改革等,切实提升办学成效。 This study makes an analysis of the performance of the Xinjiang high school classes in the hinterland in terms of the moral education,students’ ability in standard spoken and written Chinese language,and their academic development quality,adopting questionnaires and interviews as data collection tools and taking 2950 high school students as research subjects.The results show that the great achievements have been made in Xinjiang high school classes.The regular education on national unity and progress has enhanced students’ awareness of the Chinese community and national identity;the schools have basically formed the school running mode of“learning together,eating together,and living together”,and the interactions and exchanges among ethnic groups have been enhanced;the students’ ability in the standard spoken and written Chinese language have been significantly improved.However,there are also certain problems,such as insufficient implementation of“learning together,eating together,and living together”mode,prominent problem in learning adaptation,students’ weak learning foundation and students’ lack of academic confidence.The conclusionsare drawn as follows:it is necessary to comprehensively promote the process of“mixed-ethnic classes”and“integratedlessons”,and enhance the substantive interaction and intermingling;it is necessary toreposition the training objectives of Xinjiang classes in high schools,and effectively improve the quality of the classes;it is necessary tofurther reform and improve the evaluation of student development in Xinjiang classes;it is necessary toscientifically design the enrollment and admission system for Xinjiang classesand accelerate the reform of examination and evaluation,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of school operation.
