Exploring the progress of prostate cancer from a microscopic perspective

前列腺的解剖结构及前列腺癌(PCa)组织类型的微观研究已成为目前临床研究的热点议题。本文主要对前列腺的解剖学及组织学、微观结构进行介绍,并从血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)对PCa的诊断及治疗、基因层面分析PSA与PCa的关系及治疗、PCa进展的相关影响因素等微观角度分析PCa的诊治进展,探寻前列腺微观结构及其分子基因对PCa诊断及治疗的意义。

The anatomical structure of the prostate and the microscopic study of prostate cancer(PCa)tissue types have become a hot topic in current clinical research.This article mainly introduces the anatomy,histology,and microstructure of the prostate,and analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of PCa from serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA),the relationship between PSA and PCa and its treatment,and the related influencing factors of PCa progression from the gene level.The progress of diagnosis and treatment of PCa was analyzed from microscopic perspective,and the significance of prostate microstructure and molecular genes in the diagnosis and treatment of PCa was explored.
