摘要
目的探究彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的应用价值。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月本院收治的91例乳腺癌患者、39例乳腺良性病变患者作为研究对象,入院后均给予彩色多普勒超声诊断。比较乳腺癌患者与乳腺良性病变患者收缩期流速/舒张期流速(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。参照手术病理组织检查结果,计算彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌患者的特异度、灵敏度、准确度、阴性预测值及阳性预测值。结果彩色多普勒超声检查诊断乳腺癌的特异度为92.31%,灵敏度为84.62%,准确度为86.92%,阴性预测值为72.00%,阳性预测值为96.25%。彩色多普勒超声诊断浸润性乳腺癌患者的灵敏度为89.29%,诊断非浸润性乳腺癌患者的灵敏度为85.71%,二者灵敏度比较差异无统计学意义。乳腺癌患者S/D、PI、RI均低于乳腺良性病变患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌具有较高的临床价值,能为临床及时诊疗提供有效依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 91 breast cancer patients and 39 patients with benign breast lesions who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and color Doppler ultrasonography was given to them after admission.The systolic to diastolic velocity ratio(S/D),pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were compared between breast cancer patients and those with benign breast lesions.The specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients were calculated with reference to the results of surgical and pathological examinations.Results The specificity of color Doppler ultrasound was 92.31%,the sensitivity was 84.62%,the accuracy was 86.92%,the negative predictive value was 72.00%,and the positive predictive value was 96.25%.The diagnostic sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasonography was 89.29%in patients with invasive breast cancer and 85.71%in patients with non-invasive breast cancer.There was no significant difference in the sensitivity between the two types of patients.The S/D,PI and RI of breast cancer patients were lower than those of benign breast lesions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has high clinical value in the diagnosis of breast cancer,which can provide an effective basis for timely clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worthy of clinical application.
