快速康复外科理念在行日间手术老年白内障患者中的应用效果

Application effect of the concept of fast track surgery in senile cataract patients undergoing daytime surgery

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在行日间手术老年白内障患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月于本院行日间手术的210例老年白内障患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分法分为对照组和观察组,每组105例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科理念护理干预,比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生命质量评分及术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、活力、情感状况、躯体疼痛、躯体角色评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于日间手术老年白内障患者中,有利于减轻患者负性情绪,提高其生命质量,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the concept of fast track surgery in senile cataract patients undergoing daytime surgery.Methods 210 senile cataract patients who underwent daytime surgery in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 105 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given fast track surgery concept nursing intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life scores before and after nursing,and postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physical function,social function,vitality,emotional status,body pain and body role in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of fast track surgery in senile cataract patients undergoing daytime surgery is beneficial to reduce the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
