综合护理对小儿尿道下裂术后并发症的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications in children with hypospadias

目的探究综合护理对小儿尿道下裂术后并发症的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院行尿道下裂术的74例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组术后康复指标[术后首次排便时间、术后24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、导尿管拔除时间]及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术后首次排便时间、导尿管拔除时间均短于对照组,术后24 h VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.70%,低于对照组的21.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于小儿尿道下裂术后护理中效果较为理想,可有效预防并发症,缩短首次排便时间、导尿管拔除时间,减轻患儿术后疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications in children with hypospadias.Methods 74 children who underwent hypospadias in the Women's and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according random number method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing,the postoperative recovery index(the first postoperative defecation time,visual analogue scale[VAS]score at 24 h after operation,catheter removal time),and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative defecation time,catheter removal time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the VAS score at 24 h after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.70%,which was significantly lower than 21.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing effect is ideal in the nursing of children with hypospadias after operation,can effectively prevent complications,shorten the time of first defecation and catheter removal,and relieve postoperative pain of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
