摘要
针对模拟开关的输入端口信号变化快、电压过高的风险,基于0.18μm BCD工艺,设计一种过压保护电路。电路中有双级迟滞保护,能有效防止输入端口电压过高,避免电路反复开启。经过测试,在输入端电压增加到4.54 V时,输出保护信号;输入端电压减小到4.12 V时,输出恢复信号。模拟开关的过压保护开启时间为2.80μs,恢复时间为1.84μs。测试结果与设计要求基本符合,该电路可用于模拟开关领域。
Aiming at the risk of rapid signal change and excessive voltage at the input port of the analog switch, based on the 0.18 μm BCD process, an overvoltage protection circuit is designed.There is a two-stage hysteresis protection in the circuit, which can effectively prevent the input port voltage from being too high and avoid the circuit from turning on repeatedly.The circuit is tested, when the input voltage increases to 4.54 V,the protection signal is output.When the input voltage is reduced to 4.12 V,a recovery signal is output.The on-time of overvoltage protection for analog switch is 2.80 μs, and the recovery time is 1.84 μs.The test results meet the design requirements, and the circuit can be used in the field of analog switches.
