传播学视域下新媒体在高校学生工作中的教育实践探赜

The Educational Practice of New Media in College Student Work from the Perspective of Communication

新媒体的广泛应用为新时期高校学生工作开拓了平台、扩展了视野、增强了自主性,在带来诸多机遇的同时,也因新媒体环境下高校学生工作者综合素质欠缺、工作模式单一、网络信息泛滥且质量参差、工作成效缺少及时反馈等问题引发了新的挑战。基于此,高校应坚持“引导有方”,多维度做好学生工作;坚持“传播有道”,围绕传播各要素聚焦提升学生工作实效;坚持“沾粘有力”,打造具有强用户粘性的学生工作专属平台;坚持“方式有效”,聚焦四大传播方式探索学生工作有效路径。

The wide application of new media has opened up new platforms, expanded vision and enhanced autonomy for college student work in the new era. While it has brought many opportunities, it has also caused new challenges due to the lack of comprehensive quality of college student workers, single work mode, flooding and uneven quality of network information, and lack of timely feedback on work results under the new media environment. So, in this paper, we suggest colleges and universities adhere to the principle of "guiding in a right way and disseminating in a proper way", focusing on all channels and elements of communication to improve the effectiveness of student work;they should adhere to the guideline of "stickiness and strength" and create an exclusive platform for student work with strong user stickiness;they should also adhere to "effective methods" and focus on the four major communication methods to explore effective paths for student work. College student workers should insist on fostering morality and cultivating people as the central link, deeply grasp the laws of network ideological and political work and student growth based on the principles of communication and student work theory, and innovate the concept of college student work, so as to improve the effectiveness of education.
