日本高等教育国际化人才培养模式探析

An Analysis of the Mode of International Student Education in Japanese Higher Education

国际化人才培养业已成为衡量一个国家高等教育是否具有国际视野与全球竞争力的一项重要指标。日本作为发达国家的一员,在教育、经济、科技等多方面均居于世界领先地位。文章通过对日本近年推出的全球人才培养计划、超级全球大学计划以及留学援助制度等一系列国际化人才培养政策进行分析,对其国际化人才培养模式的特点进行归纳,从政府、高校和教师三个方面为我国构建国际化人才培养的新模式提供参考。

The cultivation of international talents in colleges and universities can not only revitalize a nation’s science and technology industries and strengthen its economic development, but also play an essential part in enhancing its comprehensive national strength and facilitating its future progress. Major countries in the world all attach great importance to international student education, which has become an important indicator to measure whether a country’s higher education has an international vision and global competitiveness. As a developed country, Japan occupies a leading position in the world in such areas as education, economy, science, and technology. This paper is intended to describe the characteristics of the international student education in Japanese colleges and universities by analyzing a series of policies adopted by the country in recent years to promote and pursue an excellent education of international students, including Global Talent Enhancement Program, Top Global University Project, and International Students Support System. Finally, it provides some implications for the formation of a new education management model for the training and development of international talents in China from the three aspects of the government, universities, and teachers.
