Sendust软磁合金薄片表面原位生长的CoFe@C-MOF及其吸波性能

摘要 合理引入金属有机骨架MOF材料,通过控制实验条件,成功地在Sendust片表面生长了不同含量的CoFe@C颗粒。通过电磁性能测试,分析不同CoFe@C@Sendust样品在0.1~18 GHz下的电磁参数,发现包覆CoFe@C颗粒含量可以有效调节Sendust复合吸收剂介电常数和磁导率。同时,通过引入CoFe@C颗粒,CoFe@C@Sendust复合吸收剂的介电损耗能力和阻抗匹配也得到了显着提高。根据吸波性能分析结果,在Sendust薄片上包覆CoFe@C可以实现4.5 GHz的有效吸收带宽和−56.5 dB的反射损耗,相比于纯Sendust片,CoFe@C@Sendust复合吸收材料的吸波性能得到显著增强。 In this study,by rationally introducing the metal organic framework MOF material and controlling the experimental conditions,the CoFe@C particles with different contents were successfully grown on the surface of the Sendust sheet.Through electromagnetic performance test,according to the electromagnetic parameter analysis of different CoFe@C@Sendust samples at 0.1-18 GHz,it is found that the content of coated CoFe@C particles can effectively adjust the dielectric constant and permeability of Sendust composite absorbent.At the same time,by introducing CoFe@C particles,the dielectric loss capability and impedance matching of the CoFe@C@Sendust composite absorbent have also been significantly improved.According to the analysis results of the absorption performance,the effective absorption bandwidth of 4.5 GHz and the reflection loss of−56.5 dB can be achieved by coating CoFe@C on the Sendust sheet.Compared with that of the pure Sendust sheet,the absorption of the CoFe@C@Sendust composite absorption material wave performance has been significantly increased.
