电热形状记忆合金驱动的磁流变液离合器传动性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决单一圆筒式磁流变液离合器转动转矩过小的问题,提出了一种电热形状记忆合金驱动的圆筒-圆盘式磁流变液传动方法,利用形状记忆合金的热驱动特性使磁流变液的工作间隙由单一圆筒变成圆筒-圆盘多工作间隙,提高了传动性能;基于形状记忆效应,得出了电热形状记忆合金推力与温度的关系;通过磁场有限元分析,得出了圆筒-圆盘磁流变液传动装置的磁场强度及分布情况;基于Bingham模型,得出了磁流变液传动转矩与磁场强度、结构尺寸等参数的关系。研究结果表明:圆筒-圆盘式磁流变液传动装置传递的转矩比单一的圆筒式磁流变液传动装置传递的转矩提升了42%。 To solve the single cylinder type of magnetorheological fluid clutch rotation torque is too small,this paper presents an electric heating cylinder shape memory alloy driven disc type magnetorheological fluid transmission method.Using thermal drive characteristics of shape memory alloy,the working gap of the magnetorheological fluid is changed from a single cylinder to a cylinder-disc multiple working gap,which improves the transmission performance.Based on the shape memory effect,the relationship between thrust and temperature of the electrothermal shape memory alloy was obtained.Through magnetic field finite element analysis,the magnetic field intensity and distribution of the cylinder disk magnetorheological fluid transmission device were obtained.Based on the Bingham model,the relationship between the magnetorheological fluid transmission torque and magnetic field strength,structure size and other parameters was obtained.The results show that the torque transferred by the cylinder disc magnetorheological fluid transmission device is 42%higher than that by the single cylinder magnetorheological fluid transmission device.
