智能型变压器绕组故障在线监测装置研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对变压器绕组发生轻微短路故障时,差动保护、瓦斯保护不能在故障初期动作隔离变压器,用油气检测方法不能实现在线监测,而功率损耗法又不能确定短路位置的情况,提出了一种图像识别技术与光敏探针板相结合的变压器绕组故障在线监测方法并设计该装置。阐述了图像识别技术与光敏探针板识别变压器绕组轻微短路故障的原理,采用摄像头与光敏探针板相结合构建变压器绕组故障在线监测装置,最后借助摄像头、光敏探针板、树莓派开发板等元件搭建变压器绕组轻微短路故障仿真模型,并对所设计的装置进行可靠性验证,实验结果表明该模型能反应变压器绕组轻微短路故障,这为研究变压器绕组轻微故障提供了新思路。 In case of slight short-circuit faults of transformer windings,the differential protection and Buchholz relay protection are not able to isolate the transformer at the initial stage of faults,and on-line monitoring are not applicable for oil-gas detection,while the power loss method cannot locate the short-circuit point.In this paper,a transformer winding fault on-line monitoring method is proposed based on the combination of image recognition technology and photosensitive probe board,a monitoring device is designed and constructed,and the working principle is explained.A simulation model of transformer winding slight short-circuit fault is built with the aid of camera,photosensitive probe board,Raspberry Pi development board and other components.The reliability of the designed device is verified.Experimental results show that the model can reflect the slight short-circuit fault of the transformer windings,thus providing a new idea for the study of the minor faults of transformer windings.
