某医院门诊住院综合楼结构加固改造设计

摘要 针对某医院门诊住院综合楼结构存在较多不规则项的问题,通过设置少量屈曲约束支撑的方式对原结构进行加固改造。采用弹性反应谱法和弹塑性时程分析对加固后的模型进行了对比分析,并通过不同软件进行了复核验算,依据计算结果针对不同构件建议了加固实施方案。分析结果表明,设置屈曲约束支撑可以明显提高结构的承载力和刚度,消除原结构存在的扭转不规则、刚度突变及尺寸突变、承载力突变等问题;加固后模型的弹性层间位移角和弹塑性层间位移角均满足规范要求;在罕遇地震作用下构件损伤较小,呈现出强柱弱梁的分布规律,屈曲约束支撑进入塑性程度轻微;结构表现出良好的抗震性能。通过加固设计显著提高了结构的抗震性能。 Aiming at the problem that there are many irregularities in the outpatient and inpatient complex building of a hospital,the original structure was strengthened and reconstructed by setting a small number of buckling restrained braces.The reinforced model was analyzed by using elastic response spectrum method and elastic-plastic time history analysis.Moreover,the checking calculation was carried out by different software.The implementation scheme was proposed for different members based on the calculation results.The analysis results show that setting buckling restrained braces can significantly improve the structural bearing capacity and stiffness.Some irregularities including the torsional irregularity,stiffness mutation,size mutation and bearing capacity mutation of the original structure were eliminated.The elastic and elastic-plastic displacement angles of the strengthened model meet the requirements of the code.Under the rare earthquake,the damage of members is small,showing the distribution rule of strong columns and weak beams.The plastic degree of buckling restrained braces is slight.The strengthened structure presents great seismic performance.Through the reinforcement design,the seismic performance of the structure was significantly improved.
