船舶有机废弃物处理技术现状分析及应对措施

Analysis of current situation of marine organic waste disposal technology and countermeasures

船舶有机废弃物主要包括粪尿和餐厨废弃物,具有数量多、环境影响大、气味重等特点,处理不当将对船舶环境、水环境造成严重的影响,但若充分加以利用,又是很好的资源。现阶段我国对船舶粪尿采用水冲、污水处理、达标排放的方式处理,对餐厨废弃物采用分类收集、港口转运处理的方式,尽管处理效果尚可,但存在资源利用效率不高、经济收益较差和二次污染等问题。本文分析了我国在船舶有机废弃物处理上目前存在的一些问题,根据国家政策,提出了解决问题的对策措施。

Ship organic waste mainly includes manure,urine and kitchen waste,which has the characterstics of large quan-tity,environmental impact,heavy odor,etc.The Ship organic waste is handled clumsily will cause a serious impact on the ship envi-ronment and water environment,but these is utilized fully,it is a good resource.At present,China adopts the way of water flushing,sewage treatment,and standard discharge for ship’s manure and urine,and the way of separate collection and port transfer for kitch-en waste,although the treatment effect is still acceptable,there are problems such as low efficiency of resource utilization,poor eco-nomic returm,and secondary pollution.In this paper,we analyze some current problems in the treatment of organic waste fom ships in China and propose countermeasures to solve the problems according to the national policy.
