摘要
以南京地区采集的7种栽培观赏草种子为材料,探究20~35℃温度区间内4个不同温度梯度下的草种萌发情况。结果表明:在20~35℃温度范围内,不同于重金属柳枝稷在30℃条件下获得最佳发芽率,细茎针茅、蓝冰麦、小盼草、坡地毛冠草、紫穗狼尾草和鼠茅的最适发芽温度集中在25℃。在20~35℃温度区间内,随温度的升高,观赏草种子萌发的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势以及胚根长和苗长均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。
Seven cultivated ornamental grass seeds collected from Nanjing area were used as materials to study the germination characteristics of ornamental grass seeds under four temperature gradients of 20~35℃.The results showed that Panicum virgatum‘Heavy Metal’had the best germination rate at 30℃,which was different from the optimum germination temperature(25℃)of Stipa tenuissima,Leymus arenarius‘Blue Dune’,Chasmanthium latifolium,Mellinis nerviglumis‘Savannah’,Pennisetum orientale‘Purple’and Vulpia myuros in the temperature range of 20~35℃.With the increase of temperature,the germination rate,germin-ation index,germination potential,root length and seedling length of ornamental grass seeds showed the trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.
