农村三产融合效果及其影响因素研究——基于滕州市的调查数据

Study on Integration Effect of Three Industries in Rural Areas and Its Influencing Factors Based on Survey Data in Tengzhou City

基于滕州市农村三产融合的调查数据进行了描述性统计分析,并运用因子分析法把18个三产融合评价指标分为农业增效、农村繁荣、农民增收三大类别,进而运用二元Logistic回归模型,分析了农民参与三产融合意愿的主要影响因素。研究发现:(1)大多数农民对三产融合的认知处于较低水平,了解途径不够广泛,社会宣传力度不足,但是农民参与农村三产融合的意愿较高;(2)农民增收效果对农村参与三产融合的意愿影响显著,即农民就业途径多、家庭收入来源多、家庭收入增幅大等代表农民增收的指标对农村参与三产融合的意愿有明显的正向影响,是农民参与三产融合意愿的关键影响因子;另外,年龄因素也通过了显著性检验,即青年人和中年人有更高的意愿参与产业融合。最后,结合实践提出了农村三产融合发展的建设性建议。

Based on the survey data of integration of three industries in rural areas in Tenzhou City.Firstly,the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out.Then,the factor analysis method was used to classify 18 evaluation indexes into three categories:agricultural efficiency increase,rural prosperity and farmer income increase.Furthermore,binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the main influencing factors of farmers’willingness to participate in the integration of three industries.The findings are as follows:(1)Most farmers’cognition of integration of three industries is at a low level.The way of understanding is not wide enough,and the social propaganda effects are insufficient,but farmers’willingness to participate in the integration of three industries in rural areas is high.(2)The effect of farmers’income increase has a significant impact on rural willingness to participate in the integration of the three industries.The indicators representing farmers’income increase,such as multiple employment channels,multiple sources of family income and large increase in family income,have a significant positive impact on rural willingness to participate in the integration of the three industries,and are the key influencing factors of farmers’willingness to participate in the integration of three industries.In addition,age factor also passes the significance test.Young people and middle-aged people have a higher willingness to participate in industrial integration.Combined with practice,some suggestions on the integrated development of rural three industries were put forward.
