Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Overseas Substation Construction Contract Performance

随着国家对BIM技术应用的全面要求,BIM技术的应用将是获取项目的基础条件。目前BIM技术在设计院施工项目中的应用仍处于初始阶段,因此将BIM技术的系统性应用通过管理制度方式明确下来具有重要意义。本文拟通过泰国益梭通变电站项目探索如何将BIM技术应用于海外项目履约施工过程的管理之中,将BIM技术在施工项目中的系统性应用通过制度方式明确下来,形成一整套可行的管理制度,从而提升设计院应用BIM技术的组织能力,制度化能力和项目管理能力,为后续全面应用BIM技术提供重要的制度依据。

With the comprehensive requirements of the country for the application of BIM technology,the application of BIM technology will be the basic condition for obtaining projects.At present,the application of BIM technology in the construction projects of design institutes is still in the initial stage,so it is of great significance to clarify the systematic application of BIM technology through the management system.This paper intends to explore how to apply BIM technology to the management of overseas project performance and construction process through the Thailand Yasothong Substation Project,clarify the systematic application of BIM technology in construction projects through institutional means,and form a set of feasible management systems,so as to improve the organization ability,institutionalization ability and project management ability of the design institute in applying BIM technology,and provide an important institutional basis for the subsequent comprehensive application of BIM technology.
