建筑工程施工质量控制与进度控制研究

Research on Construction Quality Control and Progress Control of Construction Engineering

随着社会经济的不断发展,工程建设也得到飞速发展。然而,在施工管理中不可避免地出现施工质量控制不足、进度控制不当问题,造成重大经济损失。从实际现场来衡量,进度控制是管理难点;而且工程进度控制既关系到整个项目目标实现,也关系到项目参建方的自身经济效益。基于此,本文通过整理相关文献,结合施工现场经验,着重介绍建筑工程质量控制和进度控制的基本特征、形成过程、影响因素及控制措施,以确保施工顺利实施。

With the development of social economy,engineering construction has developed rapidly.However,in the construction management,it is inevitable that the construction quality control is insufficient and the schedule control is improper,which causes great economic losses.Judging from the actual site,schedule control is a difficult point in management,and it is related to the realization of the whole project goal as well as the economic benefit of the project participants.Based on this,this paper introduces the basic characteristics,forming process,influencing factors and control measures of quality control and schedule control of construction engineering by collating relevant documents and combining with construction site experience,to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction.
