隔震橡胶桥梁支座液压同步升顶更换施工技术研究

摘要 本文提出一种隔震橡胶桥梁支座液压同步升顶更换施工技术,施工工序简便,安全可靠,投入的人力、物力较少;易于操作,对施工人员没有较高的专业技术要求,通过短期培训即可立即开工。利用计算机实时控制顶升设备工作,达到同步顶升的目的。利用百分表精确测量桥梁顶升的高度,减小测量的误差。施工操作环境要求低。超薄型液压千斤顶液压同步更换桥梁铅芯橡胶支座可用于在梁底大于等于3cm的缝隙间安装千斤顶。此施工工法不仅可以用于陆地桥梁支座更换,还可以很好地用于水面上桥梁支座的更换。 This paper proposes a construction technology for hydraulic synchronous lifting and replacement of vibration-isolated rubber bridge bearings.The construction process is simple,safe and reliable,and requires less manpower and material resources.It is easy to operate and has no high professional and technical requirements for construction personnel,who can start work immediately after short training.The computer is used to control the work of the jacking equipment in real time to achieve the purpose of synchronous jacking.The dial indicator is used to accurately measure the height of the bridge jacking to reduce the measurement error.The construction operating environment requirements are low.Ultra-thin hydraulic jacks hydraulic synchronous replacement of bridge lead rubber bearings can be used to install jacks between gaps greater than or equal to 3cm at the bottom of the beam.This construction method can be used not only for the replacement of land bridge bearings,but also for the replacement of bridge bearings on water.
