基于BIM的暖通安装深化设计分析

摘要 随着科技的进步和繁荣,实现管线智能化设计,不仅是科学化管理项目的需求,也是暖通安装工程未来发展的必然趋势。本文研究对象为基于改善传统就业模式的、将三维空间技术纳入到项目建设领域的BIM暖通安装,重点在于剖析BIM技术参与深化设计过程的应用流程和应用技术点,通过三维建模方式及时发现工程难点重点,能够高效率多方案比选解决工程问题,提高施工质量,保证施工进度,节约施工成本,BIM技术全面应用到建筑暖通安装工程具有非常广阔的发展前景。 With the progress and prosperity of science and technology,the realization of intelligent pipeline design is not only the demand of scientific management projects,but also the inevitable trend of future development of HVAC installation projects.The research object of this paper is BIM HVAC installation based on improving the traditional employment model and incorporating 3D space technology into the project construction field.The key point is to analyze the application process and application technology points of BIM technology participating in the deepening design process.Through the 3D modeling method,we can timely discover the difficulties and key points of the project,which can efficiently compare and select multiple solutions to solve the engineering problems,improve the construction quality,ensure the construction progress,and save the construction cost.The full application of BIM technology to building HVAC installation projects has a very broad development prospect.
