摘要
整体铸焊封底式矿用中部槽焊接温度场分布变化与应力场不均匀产生焊接变形影响中部槽焊接制造精度,较大温度梯度是导致焊件焊接变形和焊接残余应力的根本原因。中部槽焊接过程中,温度和应力无规律变化无法准确得到焊接温度场和应力场解析,大多数学者往往想通过试验的方法获得应力解析,利用试验方法和高温区测量也存在一定程度的困难。所以数值模拟技术成为研究中部槽焊接温度场和应力场的主要和必然手段。本文主要针对矿用中部槽焊接变形控制与工艺数值模拟分析研究。
The change of temperature field distribution and uneven stress field of integral cast-welded and bottom-sealed mine central slot welding cause welding deformation to affect the welding manufacturing accuracy of the central slot.Large temperature gradient is the fundamental cause of welding deformation and welding residual stress of weldments.During the welding process of the middle slot,the irregular changes of temperature and stress cannot accurately obtain the analysis of the welding temperature field and stress field.Therefore,numerical simulation technology has become the main and inevitable means to study the temperature field and stress field of the middle slot welding.This paper mainly focuses on the numerical simulation analysis and analysis of welding deformation control and process in the middle groove of mine.
