煤矿井下要害场所智能门禁系统设计与应用

摘要 针对付村煤矿井下要害场所在无人值守情况下的人员进出问题,本文设计了一套煤矿井下要害场所智能门禁系统。系统在井下各要害场所配置矿用隔爆兼本安型信号转换器、矿用本安型电动锁、矿用本安型显示控制器,就近接入附近工业环网节点,在地面配置智能门禁系统监控终端。系统可以有效实时监控矿井各个要害场所的人员进出相关信息,实现人脸识别进出和远程控制开启进出,对人员进出矿井要害场所进行实时摄像监控,便于查询人员进出信息。系统的应用极大地方便了要害场所的门禁控制,为要害场所的无人值守安全运行提供了重要的保障。 In view of the problem of personnel access in and out of the key underground places of Fucun coal mine when there is no one on duty,this paper designs an intelligent access control system for the key underground places of coal mine.The system is equipped with mine flameproof and intrinsically safe signal converter,mine intrinsically safe electric lock and mine intrinsic ally safe display controller in key places underground,which are connected to nearby industrial ring network nodes and equipped with intelligent access control system monitoring terminal on the ground.The system can effectively monitor the relevant information of personnel in and out of each key place of the mine in real time,realize face recognition and remote control,and carry out real-time camera monitoring of personnel in and out of key places of the mine,so as t o facilitate the query of personnel in and out information.The application of the system greatly facilitates the access control of key places and provides an important guarantee for the unattended safe operation of key places.
