脂肪特异性磷脂酶A2(PLA2G16)在肿瘤发生发展中功能及分子机制的研究进展

摘要 PLA2G16(adipose phospholipase A2)是目前磷脂酶A2(phospholipase, PLA2)家族的最新成员,由于PLA2G16具有特殊的立体分子结构,可表现出PLA1/PLA2活性参与细胞中磷脂代谢的主要过程,从而在脂肪分解、代谢中发挥重要的生理作用。最新研究表明,PLA2G16与肿瘤细胞的代谢、增殖和转移等密切相关,但引起肿瘤细胞发生发展过程中的具体分子机制仍不完全清楚,本文就PLA2G16在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的具体功能及分子作用机制进行比较系统总结,争取为肿瘤的治疗寻找到新的潜在靶点和标记物。 PLA2 G16(adipose phospholipase A2) is currently the latest member of the phospholipase A2(PLA2) family.Because of its special three-dimensional molecular structure, PLA2 G16 can exhibit PLA1/PLA2 activity, participate in the main process of phospholipid metabolism in cells and thus play an important physiological role in fat decomposition and metabolism.It has been reported that PLA2 G16 is involved in the metabolism, proliferation and metastasis of a variety of tumors.However, the specific molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of tumor cells is still not completely clear.In this paper, the function and molecular mechanism of PLA2 G16 in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors are systematically summarized to find the new potential targets and markers for tumor treatment.
