基于经济高质量发展的出口复杂度指数研究

Study on Export Complexity Index Based on High-Quality Economic Development

提供创新性、高技术、高复杂度产品是推进经济高质量发展的关键,经济学界对出口复杂度的测度能有效衡量这些产品的生产能力。出口复杂度指数主要包含技术复杂度和经济复杂度指数,前者在国内得到广泛运用和研究,对指数构造进行的优化也日臻完善。本文将分别予以介绍已有研究从权重、核心指标和基于增加值贸易分解进行指数优化,经济复杂度指数基于社会网络和生物学方法,使用反射法提炼产品内在生产能力信息,本文在已有研究基础上基于简化模型结合公式创新性地阐述指数构造过程和构造方式。最后,综合分析得出技术复杂度指数和经济复杂度指数在侧重点、小国效应的严重性、指数内涵的解读和指数可分解性存在较大差异,经济复杂度指数更适合测度我国经济体系高质量发展能力。

Providing innovative, high-tech and high-complexity products is the key to promoting high-quality economic development.The measurement of export sophistication in the economic circle can effectively measure the production capacity of such products.Export sophistication index mainly includes technical sophistication and economic complex index.The former has been widely used and studied in China, and the optimization of index structure is becoming more and more perfect.Previous studies have carried out index optimization from the aspects of weight, core indicators and decomposition based on value-added trade, this paper introduces them separately.Based on social network and biological methods, the economic complex index uses reflection method to extract the internal capability information of products.On the basis of existing research, this paper creatively expounds the index construction process and construction method based on simplified model and formula.Finally, the comprehensive analysis shows that there are great differences between the technical sophistication index and the economic complex index in the weight, the severity of the small country effect, the interpretation and decomposability of the index connotation.The economic complex index is more suitable to measure the high-quality development ability.
