摘要 为探究盾构主轴承主推力滚子局部故障条件下的动力学行为,基于主轴承的几何结构与工作原理,搭建了主轴承缩比试验台,建立了主推力滚子轴承动力学模型。通过仿真与实验结果的对比,验证了所建模型的有效性。引入滚动体几何划痕模拟滚动体局部故障,建立了主推力滚子局部故障动力学模型。对比了健康滚子和故障滚子动应力状态,并且探究了转速和轴向载荷对轴承动态应力的影响。结果表明:滚子故障导致其动态应力迅速增加,可能会引起轴承进一步失效。在一定范围之内,轴向载荷比转速对故障区域应力影响更大。此外,该模型可应用于推力轴承动力学、故障诊断等相关研究。 To explore the dynamic behavior of the main thrust roller with local fault in the shield main bearing, a scaling test bench of the main bearing is built, and a dynamic model of the main thrust roller bearing is established based on its geometric structure and working principle. The availability of the established model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results. Furthermore, a dynamic model of the main thrust roller with local fault is established by integrating a roller with geometric scratch. On this basis, the dynamic stress state of healthy and faulty roller is compared in detail. The influence of speed and axial load on the dynamic stress of the bearing is also explored. Results show that the local fault in a roller leads to increase the dynamic stress rapidly, which might cause the further bearing failure. Within a certain range, the axial load has a greater influence on the stress in the fault area than the operation speed. In addition, the proposed model can be also applied to the dynamics and fault diagnosis relative researches of thrust bearing.
