摘要
以静电纺丝法合成Au掺杂SnO_(2)纳米纤维,将纳米纤维沉积在Pt-Si衬底上形成温度可控的微型传感器,开发便携式无线气体检测系统。研究了该系统在不同湿度下对丙酮等气体的检测特性。实验结果表明系统具有高灵敏度、快响应恢复及良好的抗湿特性,可以用于检测呼出气体的丙酮、氨气等气体浓度,有望应用于野外作业人员健康快速检测。
Au-doped SnO_(2) nanofibers are synthetized by the method of electrostatic spinning and deposited on Pt-Si substrates to form temperature-controllable micro sensors. A portable breath detecting system with high performances is fabricated based on these sensors. High sensitivity, quick response-recovery and excellent moisture-resistant properties are obtained. The system can detect acetone and ammonia in breath, indicting its potential applications on outdoor health monitoring.
