临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Status Quo of Resilience in Patients Undergoing Temporary Ileostomy and Its Influencing Factors

目的 了解临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性现况并分析其影响因素,为临床制订针对性护理措施提供参考。方法 选取2020年3月至2021年3月就诊及收治于上海市第五人民医院的168例临时性回肠造口患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表及中文版造口患者生活质量量表对其进行调查。结果 患者心理弹性水平得分(59.98±16.78)分,其中自强维度(14.46±4.30)分、乐观维度(9.41±2.86)分、坚韧维度(36.11±10.22)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、有无造口并发症、社会支持是临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性得分的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性处于较低水平,护理人员应对高龄、非在婚、有造口并发症、低社会支持的临时性回肠造口患者给予更多关注和引导,采取针对性措施改善其心理弹性,从而提高患者的生活质量。

ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of resilience in patients undergoing temporary ileostomy and analyze its influencing factors, providing a reference for developing targeted clinical nursing measures.MethodsA total of 168 patients undergoing temporary ileostomy who visited Shanghai Fifth People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected. They were investigated by using the General Information Questionnaire, Resilience Scale, Social Support Rate Scale and Stoma Quality of Life Scale(Chinese version).ResultsThe score of the Resilience Scale was(59.98 ± 16.78) points, of which the self-strength dimension was(14.46 ± 4.30) points, the optimism dimension was(9.41 ± 2.86) points and the tenacity dimension was(36.11 ±10.22) points. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the resilience scores in patients undergoing temporary ileostomy were mainly influenced by age, marital status, presence or absence of stoma complications, and social support(P<0.05 for all).ConclusionPatients undergoing temporary ileostomy have a low level of resilience. Nurses should pay more attention to those who are elderly, non-married, and have stoma complications and low social support, give guidance and take targeted measures to improve their resilience,thereby improving their quality of life.
