摘要
为了解西部地区县域内少数民族初中生的心理健康情况,以中小学生心理健康量表为工具,对西部某县少数民族中学的初中生795人做了有效调查,结果发现县域内少数民族初中生总体心理健康水平较好,突出的心理问题是学习焦虑、过敏倾向、自责倾向和对人焦虑,初二和初三学生的自责倾向和过敏倾向显著高于初一学生,女生的学习焦虑、对人焦虑、过敏倾向、恐怖倾向显著高于男生。针对上述结果,提出以下建议:加强对西部地区县域内教育资源的投入和支持;落实心理健康教育,及时提供有针对性的心理辅导;性别平等,及时给予女生群体关注和支持。
In order to understand the mental health of ethnic minority junior high school students in the western region,this study uses the mental health scale of primary and secondary school students as a tool to effectively investigate 795junior high school students in ethnic minority middle schools in a western county, and the results find that the overall mental health level of ethnic minority junior high school students in the county is better, the prominent psychological problems are learning anxiety, allergy tendency, self-blame tendency and anxiety about people, the self-blame tendency and allergic tendency of junior high school students are significantly higher than those of junior high school students, and the learning anxiety, anxiety about people, allergic tendencies of girls, The tendency to terror is significantly higher than that of boys. In view of the above results, the following suggestions were put forward: strengthen investment and support for educational resources in the western region;implement mental health education and provide targeted psychological counseling in a timely manner;gender equality, and timely attention and support to female students.
