摘要
当前地方本科高校推进内部治理体系和治理能力现代化的过程中面临一定的困境,只有主动适应建设高质量教育体系的新形势,通过构建现代大学制度、深化综合改革、加强章程建设、加强基层学术组织建设、强化开放办学,逐步推进内部治理体系和治理能力现代化,从而实现“十四五”高质量的发展。
At present, local undergraduate colleges and universities are facing certain difficulties in the process of modernizing their internal governance systems and governance capabilities.Only by actively adapting to the new situation of building a high-quality education system,by constructing a modern university system, deepening comprehensive reforms, strengthening the construction of charters, strengthening the construction of grass-roots academic organizations,and strengthening open schools, gradually promote the modernization of the internal governance system and governance capacity.In order to achieve high-quality development in the "14th Five-Year Plan".
