摘要 在碳达峰、碳中和“双碳”目标牵引下,氢燃料电池汽车步入快车道发展状态。燃料电池系统作为氢燃料电池汽车的动力源,其运行噪声作为氢燃料电池汽车主要噪声来源之一值得深入研究。该文详细分析燃料电池系统的噪声源,研究燃料电池系统噪声实验室测试方法,提出高效可行燃料电池系统进行带载噪声测试现场检测方法。针对环境与背景噪声的影响,提出引入环境修正系数K来消除实验室边界或邻近物体的反射产生影响的解决方案,开展典型燃料电池系统噪声测试,结合在半消声室的测试数据,结果表明本试验方法的有效性与可靠性。本研究对建立燃料电池系统噪声测试国家标准和燃料电池汽车噪声设计等提供有效的参考。 Under the traction of carbon peak and carbon neutral"dual carbon"goal,hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have entered a fast development state.Fuel cell system is the power source of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and its operating noise is one of the main noise sources of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.In this paper,the noise source of fuel cell system is analyzed in detail,the noise testing method of fuel cell system is studied in laboratory,and an efficient and feasible on-site testing method of fuel cell system is put forward.Aiming at the influence of environment and background noise,a solution was proposed to eliminate the influence of reflection from the boundary or adjacent objects by introducing environment correction coefficient K.The noise test of typical fuel cell system was carried out.Combined with the test data of semi-anechoic chamber,the results show that the test method is effective and reliable.This study provides an effective reference for establishing the national standard of noise testing for fuel cell systems and noise design for fuel cell vehicles.
