摘要
本文通过一起保护继电器干簧管故障案例反馈,介绍了保护继电器的功能、结构和动作原理,结合干簧管故障原因分析,提出了通过提高维修手段和对保护继电器跳闸逻辑进行改进提升的几种方案,并逐一分析对比每个方案的优缺点,最终给出最优选方案。提升了有载调压开关保护继电器的可靠性,避免误动作给电厂和电网带来严重损失。
In the Paper,through the feedback of a case of reed switch failure of protection relay,the function,structure and operation principle of protection relay were introduced,and the cause of the reed switch failure was analyzed.Several schemes of improving the tripping logic of protection relay by enhancing the maintenance means were proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme were analyzed and compared one by one.Finally,the best scheme was selected.The reliability of the protection relay of on-load tap changer was improved,so that the serious loss of power plant and power grid caused by maloperation was avoided.
