伺服电机在直式钢绳拉拔机中的应用

摘要 介绍了一种新型传动结构的直式钢绳拉拔机及伺服电机的计算、选型。文章从结构、维护成本、可靠性等方面对传统直式钢绳拉拔机与基于交流伺服系统的直式钢绳拉拔机做对比,指出了传统直式钢绳拉拔机的不足和基于交流伺服系统的直式钢绳拉拔机的优点。结合设备需求,进行了交流异步伺服电机的关键参数计算和选型。 In the Paper,a new type of straight wire rope drawing machine with transmission structure and the calculation and selection of servo motor were introduced.The traditional straight wire rope drawing machine was compared with that based on AC servo system in terms of structure,maintenance cost and reliability.The disadvantages of the traditional straight wire rope drawing machine and the advantages of that based on AC servo system were pointed out.In combination with the equipment requirements,the calculation and selection of the key parameters of AC asynchronous servo motor were carried out.
