摘要
对600 MW级水氢冷汽轮发电机定子制造涉及的钎焊工艺进行全面的介绍,通过应用新工艺以及优化工艺过程,提高了定子钎焊接头质量以及焊后探伤合格率。给出钎焊过程质量控制要点,可提高机组运行稳定性,为以后类似结构的大型汽轮发电机定子钎焊制造提供了宝贵经验。
In the Paper,the brazing process involved in the manufacturing of 600 MW water-hydrogen cooled turbogenerator stator was comprehensively introduced.Through the application of new process and the optimization of the process,the quality of stator brazing joints and the qualified rate of flaw detection after welding were improved,and the key points of quality control in the brazing process were given,so as to improve the operation stability of the unit,providing valuable experience for the brazing manufacturing of large turbogenerator stator with similar structure in the future.
