低温冷媒传输装置测试系统的研制

Development of test system for cryogenic refrigerant transfer device

摘要 为了测量高温超导电机中冷媒传输装置的传输效率,研制了一套低温测试系统。采用比热法原理,实现了最低温27 K条件下、0~200 r/min转速范围内传输装置的效率测试,满足了系统设计要求。选取测试了某一套传输装置在200 r/min转速下,27 K及97 K两个温度点的传输效率分别为53.65%及58.5%。 In order to evaluate the efficiency of cryogenic refrigerant transfer device in HTS motor,a cryogenic test system was developed.Based on the specific heat method principle,the efficiency test was successfully realized when the rotating speed was 0 to 200 r/min and the lowest temperature was at 27 K.which meets the system design requirements.The efficiencies of the refrigerant transfer device at 27 K and 97 K reach 53.65%and 58.5%respectively at 200 r/min.
